Start where your thought is.
Capture first. Organize when it helps. Tomozi keeps the route from an unstructured thought to a real task, note, reminder, or project short.
The complete Tomozi system
Explore what each part does, how you use it, who it helps, and what happens to your data. No abstract feature list—this is the system as it exists today.
Capture first. Organize when it helps. Tomozi keeps the route from an unstructured thought to a real task, note, reminder, or project short.
Records remain canonical while their relationships form a useful graph—one File can support a Task, Note, Project, Meeting, and more.
Authored content is encrypted in the client. Search is local, AI asks for context, and Vault lives behind an additional security boundary.

Different work, one connected idea
The features do not change by profession. The path through them does. These are examples—not prescribed workflows.
Prepare with context, preserve the decision, and follow through without rebuilding the chain in three tools.
Connect what you learn to what is due and the longer outcome the work is serving.
Keep each relationship, engagement, deliverable, and source asset connected but independently reusable.
Model the system, record the tradeoff, and connect implementation work to the reason behind it.
Coordinate non-clinical professional work, education, and follow-ups. Tomozi is not positioned as a clinical record system.
One honest data model
Tomozi encrypts authored workspace content before persistence. The service still needs bounded operational data—such as identity, relationships, lifecycle, schedules, quota counters, and billing state—to authorize and operate the product.
