Using Tomozi
By creating an account, joining a paid plan, or otherwise using Tomozi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy page. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and payment information.

These terms describe how Tomozi may be used, what remains yours, and where responsibility sits when encrypted storage, external providers, subscriptions, and AI meet.
Plain-language summary: your content remains your responsibility, encryption secrets remain in your control, paid plans increase capacity, AI needs review, and abuse of the service is not permitted. The numbered sections below are the governing detail.
Your account and security
You are responsible for your credentials, devices, passphrase, recovery key, Vault recovery material, and activity performed through your session. Notify the service promptly if you believe an account or device is compromised. Tomozi cannot recreate encryption secrets that it never receives.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, connect, share, or send to an AI provider. You grant Tomozi only the limited rights needed to host encrypted data, provide requested operations, deliver explicit shares, and operate the service under these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tomozi to violate law, another person’s rights, service security, provider policies, or infrastructure limits. Do not probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer protected services, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, or use shared links to publish unlawful material.
Plans, limits, and billing
Free, Plus, and Pro set capacity rather than ownership of your data. Paid subscriptions are billed through the displayed provider and cadence; annual plans are charged upfront. Taxes may be added at checkout. A downgrade does not delete existing content, but creation may be blocked while usage exceeds the new limit.
AI Companion
AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for important decisions. You choose the context disclosed to a provider and must review proposed actions before confirming them. Tomozi AI credits and bring-your-own-key usage are separate from subscription capacity unless explicitly stated.
Sharing and third parties
You control links and recipients for private or public shares. Anyone holding a valid capability link may access its published encrypted snapshot. Third-party AI, payment, notification, storage, and verification services have their own availability and terms.
Availability and changes
Tomozi may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features, preview functionality, providers, or plans. Reasonable notice will be used for material changes where practical. Coming Soon items are not part of a purchased entitlement until released.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security, fraud, legal, abuse, payment, or material terms violations. You may stop using Tomozi and delete content through available product controls. Some operational, security, transaction, and legal records may remain for their required lifecycle.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Tomozi is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every feature, provider, sync, notification, AI result, or recovery attempt will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
ENCRYPTION NOTE
Recovery is a shared responsibility.
Tomozi stores wrapped keys and encrypted content, but not the raw passphrase, recovery key, workspace key, Vault key, or item keys needed to bypass the normal recovery design. Keep the recovery materials shown by the product somewhere safe and independent of the device.
